Rule 9
Personnel records

(1) Personal details of employees, records of convictions and other records shall be kept in the secretariat and in the civil library.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), for the purpose of keeping the personal details and other records of the employees up to date, the secretariat and the related staff shall also provide the necessary details to the civil library from time to time.
(3) The details of the employee's appointment, transfer, promotion, medical expenses and study leave, extraordinary leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave and unpaid leave should be updated in the personal details of the relevant employee in the civil library.
(4) Salary allowance will not be paid without verifying the personal details (citroll) of the newly appointed employee and obtaining the signal number.
(5) When paying the amount of medical expenses to the employee, the payment will not be given without updating the records related to the payment amount in the civil library.
(6) In case of writing for the purpose of record keeping on the matters mentioned in this rule, the civil library shall organize the records within three days and give the information to the secretariat.
(7) The Secretariat shall keep the records of its subordinate employees up-to-date so as to be consistent with the records of the civil library.
